The challenge
A full-service law firm ranked its own pain plainly: billing and fee-note follow-up first, have we billed, has he paid, what's left, do we bill the next stage?, then the drafting-and-review loop, a manual master diary kept by one person, research done twice because nothing was reusable, and delegation with no follow-through. No practice tool on the market handled the local fee scale, tax e-invoicing, mobile-money payments or local case law, so firms were bending their practice around software built for someone else.
