- WhatsApp messages you exchange with our business number, including message content, your WhatsApp profile name, and your WhatsApp phone number, so we can respond to and manage your request.
- Engagement information you submit through the client portal — assessment answers, project inputs, deliverable feedback, and approvals.
- Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how our sites and tools are used, to keep them reliable and secure.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer service over WhatsApp and email.
- To deliver and manage the engagements, projects, and deliverables you have requested.
- To send you service updates about work you are engaged in, where you have opted in.
- To operate, secure, and improve our websites, portal, and tools.

Our WhatsApp messaging is used strictly for business communication tied to your relationship with Provecta — project updates, deliverable review, scheduling, feedback capture, and support. We do not use it as a general-purpose assistant, and we do not send you promotional messages without your consent.
WhatsApp and Meta
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to send and receive messages. When you message us on WhatsApp, your message is processed by Meta in order to deliver it, subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. We only initiate or continue WhatsApp conversations in line with WhatsApp’s messaging policies and the consent you have given.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our messaging, hosting, and infrastructure providers — under agreements that require them to protect it, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
