The challenge

The Grand Malibu — an 88-unit, 3-tower premium development in Nyali, Mombasa — needed 20+ reservation commitments before permit to de-risk funding and accelerate approvals, with ~70% of buyers being Kenyan diaspora across the US, UK and Gulf. It had no brand, no digital assets and no CRM, and an eight-week window to go from concept to a live campaign.

What we delivered

The build

  • 01Brand foundation: name, logo lockup, navy-and-gold system, voice and messaging hierarchy, and two buyer personas — anchored on a hero differentiator, the only Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant on the coast.
  • 02A full digital asset library: 3D render set, floor plans for every unit type, a hero-overlay sales brochure, six hi-res expo banners and the project website.
  • 03A repeatable weekly social-content builder: one data model drives the full export set, with a build-time compliance validator that blocks a marketing-legal violation before it can ship.
  • 04A Zoho CRM + RevOps build: a three-stage pipeline with lead scoring, a WhatsApp Cloud-API flow with a sub-60-second response SLA, a 21-day email nurture, and a diaspora affiliate/broker program with Deluge commission tracking.
  • 05Capital-raise materials: the investor deck and returns model, plus the full KCB bank credit submission, deal economics and valuation package.

The technology behind it

A productized brand engine with a build-time compliance validator — off-plan property marketing has hard content rules, and the builder refuses to export an asset that breaks them.

  • A data-driven weekly content engine: a single ASSETS model generates the full export set (hero stills, 4-slide carousels, reels) so a week of on-brand content is a clone-and-swap, not a redesign.
  • An in-page compliance validator that mechanically enforces the brand + legal rules (no price/currency, 'projected' not 'guaranteed', banned terms, exactly one gold-italic accent word) before any asset can export.
  • Pixel-accurate export via html2canvas plus a hand-built inline SVG location map — with a real fix for html2canvas ignoring object-fit (backgrounds render as CSS background-size so 9:16 crops instead of stretching).
  • A WhatsApp Cloud-API lead flow with a sub-60-second response SLA and a 21-day automated email nurture, tied to Zoho Deluge commission tracking for the diaspora broker network.
